What an AMAZING start to our season last Friday! Thanks so much to everyone who came out and participated …. in what turned out to be a little Friday Morning Irregular Bulldozer Golf! I was sure I was gonna flip the cart over on the driving range!
the irregulars can almost be seen, to the left of the cab of the backhoe..
We had to make a tee shot on #9, then sort of dodge way to the left, over the driving range, and then back across the fairway.. all terrain golf!
This Friday we will be meeting at Queenstown Harbor at … 7:00 am!! I hope you can make it!
This week, we are promoting our RALLY FOR THE CURE on May 24th – this will be a nine hole event at South River with breakfast, lunch and a whole lot of extra stuff. I really need you guys to see if we can fill a few groups for this one so please let me know if you are available! Liz Angevine (who works with me) is in charge and I think it will be a great one!
So PLEASE check the dates for this tournament as well as the others (see post below with all FMI dates and the tournaments I need golfers for…..). OK…. here is the video from our fist week! THIS IS INCREDIBLE! Thanks to all my stars for all the good material!

Sorry for the confusion folks, but I met with Rick Moranto earlier and we will need to tee off at 8:00 am this week! So everyone can have another half hour, except me, cause I am gonna worry that someone didn’t read this message….urgh…

The time is now! THIS FRIDAY IS OUR FIRST MEETING OF THE YEAR!
I really hope to have a great turn out this year, so let your friends know about this! (the ones who can get out of bed that early…)
The price is… STILL (!!) $15 per person – but remember… I love $20s cause I don’t make change! Can’t remember whose idea that was, Mark? Garret?, but that was brilliant.
We meet at 7:00 am, the coffee is on me, and sometimes I have “free stuff” to award to you for getting out of bed so early, but no promises! don’t worry, though, it will not be leftover Halloween/Easter candy….

GOLF TOURNAMENTS!!!!! OK, so I need your help! I have TOO MANY golf tournaments to get foursomes for, and you can help me out! I don’t need your checkbook – I need some golfers! Seriously. Check these dates and email me if you can come to any, or all of them! AND if you support a charity event, like Heather Buck’s
May 3rd – Rosemount Center – at Queenstown Harbor – I sit on the board of this amazing little school for underpriveledged children, and this tournament supports their Teacher’s Fund
May 18th – Queenstown Harbor – the Chesapeake Bay Foundation’s golf tournament, the Akridge Classic. This one is our “greenest” and highlights not only our green initiatives, but the whole CBF message. Really a neat event.
June 4th – Queenstown Harbor – the Craig Walden Classic, hosted by the Junkies from whatever that radio station is called now… I have always wanted to play in this one….
June 25th – Blue Mash – The Brave Dave Tournament – again, I know the guys and the charity, and this one is amazing. I haven’t been able to play in this one yet, but will this year.
July 19th – Queenstown Harbor – Birdies for the Bay – hosted by the Chesapeake Bay Environmental Center, an amazing facility across 301 in Grasonville.
PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN PLAYING IN ANY OF THESE TOURNAMENTS! Seriously!

THIS Saturday I am playing again with Gerry Swarbrick at the Wharfside in Edgewater! That is April 17th and I would LOVE to have some Irregulars show up! It is a great time. I think the official poster is underneath the drawing, you have to click on it…
